Almost immediately… You can sign your PBS office agreement on one day and start working in your new office the next. We will configure to your requirement and your new office will be ready in no time. Our friendly staff will guide you through to ensure a smooth check-in to your new office.

Can I register my Company address with PBS?
Your company will be able to use our address for business mailing and stationary purposes to meet your basic business need.
Registration of company address at our center can be arranged. Please discuss with our center representatives.
When my clients call Virtual Office number, who answers the phone?
Our professionally trained staff will ensure that you never miss a call again with all calls answered in your company’s name and transferred to your home, office, mobile, 24-hour voicemail or to wherever you are in the world.
How does PBS handle my phone messages and office mails?
Our virtual office operator will direct your in-coming callers to your virtual office voicemail. We can take down phone messages and emailed to your mailbox directly without missing out on any important messages.
Are meeting facilities available for renting?
Yes. We have various sizes of meeting rooms that are available to rent on an hourly or daily basis. Our rooms are equipped with LCD projectors, plasma TV and are broadband internet connected. We also provide teleconferencing and video-conferencing upon your request. What’s more…. you are free to express your innovative ideas and present it on our widely install glass walls with colorful markers.
How fast can my account be activated?

How do I book a PBS meeting room?
PBS meeting room are available for booking on a day or half day basis. Our meeting rooms rate are flexible and easy to understand. Simply call our friendly PBS representatives to make further arrangement with you to provide you with a more detailed pricing according to your requirements and specifications.
How can I be reach during my meeting?
PBS meeting room allows you to be focus. If you expect to be contacted please instruct your meeting room receptionist how you would like your calls to be handled. Our receptionists will handle your messages or forward calls to your meeting room according to your instructions so that any important call will not be miss.
Is catering available for meetings?
We can arrange for catering and ordering. This can be arrange by our staff so that you can concentrate on your business presentations, allowing meeting to be more productive and successful.
